Responsibilities
Sales Operations Managers are responsible for technical and metric reporting through Salesforce. Specifically:
- Complete sales forecasts and sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner.
- Support team and ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily sales performance metrics.
- Manage the lead funnel with OMIS and other leads
- Keep all data within sales force clean.
- Work with VP of Sales to create and maintain a world-class Sales culture, focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of sales support staff.
- Analyze performance metrics data and leverage it to effectively coach and develop the Sales team.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to address contract issues or concerns and to ensure the timeliness of contract review.
- Work closely with Marketing to create, implement, and track successful marketing campaigns that maximize Harris visibility with restaurants, bars, hotels and retail chains.
- Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition.
- Update Salesforce and understand back end programming
