*University degree
*Preferably,2+years of experience in similar positions.
*Must possess excellent skills in addressing clients inquires.
*Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
*Multi-task with good knowledge of Microsoft office.
*Ecellent typing skills both Arabic and English.
*Good conversational, reading and writing English is a must.
*Organized, confident and secure individual.
*Preferably, Ramallah or Nablus Resident.
