Sales representative

Union Construction and Investment (UCI) is one of the largest construction and real-estate development companies in Palestine. Established in 2005, UCI has changed the culture of Palestine’s residential and commercial development and is now offering an outstanding Full-Time opportunity for sales representative for our market in Jordan.

Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years sales experience.
-Experience in “Direct Sales”
-Fluent in English and Arabic (written/oral).
-Excellent knowledge of the Jordanian culture is a plus.
-Leadership and customer service skills.
-High work ethic and professional mannerisms.
-Excellent social networking in Jordan
-Time management skills.
-University Degree
-Motivated by targets
-The drive and determination to succeed  in a challenging sales environment

Your Duties:
-Create your own network of potential clients from a variety of sources.
-Participate in promoting real estate sales at marketing and networking events in Jordan.
-Monitor progress of sales and preparation of periodic progress reports.
-Establish, develop and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business.
-Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
-Make Door-to-Door Direct Sales.
-Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
-Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
-Analyze the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the company.
-Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
-Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems and interests.
-Participate in trade shows and conventions.
