Position Title: Sales Representative
(Code: LAST NAME / SALES REP.)

Duties and Responsibilities:

1-Sell insurance policies to potential customers, personal contacts, and cold call clients from the phone book.
2-Create your own network of potential clients from a variety of sources.
3-Develop and maintain a customer database
4-Achieve challenging sales targets
5-Prepare sales action plans and strategies
6-Conduct cold calls and direct telemarketing sales strategies
7-Prepare and follow up quotations in Coordination with underwriters
8-Ensure delivery of quotation to customer as quickly as possible.
9-Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
10-Conduct professional in-office presentations to walk-in customers
11-Monitor progress of sales and preparation of periodic progress reports.
12-Perform other duties assigned by Asst. of GM for Investments and Corp. Dev.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-Strong effective negotiation Skills and Sales
-Leadership and customer service skills
-Fluent in English and Arabic
-High work ethic and professional mannerisms
-Excellent social networking and time management skills
-Must have Driver’s License & vehicle
