Job Title: Sales representative

With:

Transportation will be provided during night shifts.

We are seeking for English- Arabic speakers for sales positions to customers worldwide.
We invite you to join and be a leader in our international call center.

This ad is for sales oriented people, who wish to specialize in the field of language tuition and student counseling.

Working Hours: Flexible shifts: 11:00 – 19:00 / 13:00 – 21:00
(2 weekend shifts every month)
Type of contract: limited contract

Location: Beit Jala, Industrial zone, near dighool pool, Alworod hall previously- Palestine

Responsibilities

-Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
-Answer questions about products or the company
-Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
-Enter and update customer information in the database
-Take and process orders in an accurate manner
-Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
-Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

-Bethlehem resident is a plus.

Requirements:

-Experience in sales
-Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and Microsoft office programs.
-Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
-Good written & spoken English.
-Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
-Motivated and have good analytical thinking,
-Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members,
-Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written and verbal),
-Strong work ethic, with demonstrated commitment to achieving results.
