Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Processing accurate and efficient sale transactions
- Utilizing selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to our customers
- Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
- Coordinating sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities
- Meeting or exceeding sale goals
- Understanding and promoting company programs
- Answering client questions regarding product prices, specifications and availability
- Coordinating sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups
- Maintaining customer relationship and gain customer feedback

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or any other relevant field;
- Proven work experience as a sales representative;
- Highly motivated and target driven;
- Excellent sales, communication, time management, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast pace environment, under pressure and with a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Flexible regarding work times
