Sales Representative 

If you want to truly be a critical part of a company, here’s your chance. You will be joining one of the growing companies in the region. You will report directly to the Sales Manager while in charge of selling Iris’s Sensory Products and Solutions targeting kindergartens, schools, hospitals and rehabilitation centers.

Iris Solutions is a specialized provider for Sensory Environments. Sensory rooms are now well-known in both educational - schools, kindergartens,  nurseries, and rehabilitative - hospitals, daycare centers, clinics and other types of institutions. A sensory environment is specially designed to stimulate the senses with a wide variety of activities by organizing different inputs from the environment (sound, touch, taste, and sight) enabling the body to react effectively and assist the process of education and concentration. 

Currently, there are more than 200 institutions using Iris Sensory Environments in Palestine, Jordan, and Lithuania. We are looking for an enthusiastic, sales-talented with a twist of psychology or other social sciences person to lead sales all across the West Bank

Here’s your mission, should you choose to accept it: 

SALES
Conduct market research and collect leads
Meet and grow monthly sales goals
Initiate sales through different channels 
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales plan in cooperation with management
Schedule daily demo visits
Demo products and services at the potential client premises (on-site)
On-site visit to potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
Negotiating contracts with prospective clients
Issue proposals and contracts

We will train you thoroughly on how to deal with the Sensory Products, what they mean to and how they work. You will get all the needed material and information.

DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING

Preparing weekly and monthly reports
Maintaining client records at the CRM on a weekly basis
Preparing and submitting sales contracts

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Answering clients’ questions on operating the product through different channels
Conduct post-sales training on the usage of products and services
Conduct workshops, awareness sessions and training to promote products and services

SECONDARY ROLE

Coordinate with marketing to grow brand
Coordinate with operations unit upon closing a sale
Coordinate with the development department with market inputs and feedback for product design and upgrades.
