BA/HR is recruiting a Sales Representative for a leading real estate company, located in Ramallah, Palestine. 

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly sales targets for both individual and institutional sales.
2. Maintain commitments to clients.
3. Maintain detailed records of all contacts on the sales system. 
4. Schedule appointments, and make direct telephone calls, in-person visits, and presentations with current and prospective clients.
5. Develop long-term relationships with current and prospective clients, as well as understand their needs and provide advice on available real estate.
6. Adhere to the sales instructions and policies of the company.
7. Prepare and present financing opportunities and follow up with clients.
8. Attend trade exhibitions and events as assigned.
9. Participate in the creation of marketing and sales campaign plans.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Special Requirements & Skills: 

1. Hands-on experience in direct sales.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written & verbal).
3. Excellent time management, analytical and quantitative skills.
4. Valid driver’s license and has his/her own car.
5. Business and computer literacy. 
6. Strong reporting skills. 
7. Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or comments from clients, coworkers, supervisors, and/or management.
8. Ability to make effective presentations on general topics to a large group of employees, clients, and/or management.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
10. Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent social networking skills.
11. Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients from various backgrounds.
12. High work ethics and professionalism.
13. Located in Ramallah, preferably.
    
    

Total Years of Experience:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

Education & Certificates Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field

Location:
Ramallah, Palestine.

Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & English.
