AMIE is seeking a qualified Sales Representative with managerial skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops a Sales Strategy for the market and follows through with the Customer Journey implementation (via CRM) to ensure attainment of sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Keeps and maintains a comprehensive record (via CRM) of all contacts.
- Schedules appointments with potential and existing clients, such as private doctors, for pitching new products and presentations
- Proactively solves problems and looks for ways to improve the sales department.
- Works together with Operations for forecasting the Technical Service team for product support
- Listens well and establishes rapport with the customer to meet their needs and provide reliable support
- Brings back customer feedback and reviews
- Responsible for collection
- Reports to Operations regularly with feedback to track progress on achieving monthly and quarterly objectives.
- Presents sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to Management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related sciences
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with a proven track record in sales and marketing operations (preferably in the medical device field)
- Fluency in English
- Software skills
- Strong managerial, planning and reporting skills
- Self-motivated to learn, grow and always improve
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Strong analytical and financial skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- A team player with empathy and emotional intelligence to maintain a positive and friendly company culture.
- Ability to work independently
- Has a valid driver’s licence
