Salon Beauty Booking is a dynamic first of its kind mobile application startup in Palestine, serving as an appointment booking platform and social marketplace for beauty and wellness services, the app was built for beauty salons, beauty training centers, freelance beauty artists, influencers, and their customers, to facilitate their B2C interactions through allowing their clients to search, compare prices, check availability, book, and pay for personalized beauty experiences seamlessly, as well as search & order beauty products easily, with a working team of 7 individuals based in Ramallah.

We, at Salon Beauty Booking are searching for a new salesperson to join our established sales team. In this role, you will help us grow our sales and expand our customer base at both local and national levels, contributing to our rapid growth, especially in Jerusalem.

We are seeking determined and dynamic Sales Representatives to drive growth and help our prospective partners maximize their revenue generation through our application. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales, possess great communication skills, be detail oriented and can prioritize effectively. Also, a strong work ethic and a passion to build great relationships with customers is essential.

Objectives of this Role

• Represent our brand in a professional, successful manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer experience
• Identify lead opportunities, as well as the potential for upsells
• Maintain or surpass sales quota expectations
• Speak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services for them.
• Consistently find new salon targets to approach and introduce the application benefits.
• Actively Follow up with Salons or Beauty Freelancers about offers, and suggestions, along with new services.
• You’ll be actively engaging with prospects using a multi-channel approach and creative follow-up communications and then using product demos to help them understand how Salon Beauty Booking will benefit their business and help them grow.
• Develop with time an answer template for common interactions and apply in-depth product and services knowledge to answer customer questions and feedback to determine appropriate solutions & course of action.
• Reporting on lead, pending, and finalized sales interactions on a weekly basis.

Skills:

• Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills, even in high-stress situations
• Strong sense of ethics, business acumen, and commitment to the value offered by the application
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, while contributing to team-wide efforts

Preferred Qualifications:

• 0-2 years’ sales experience, ideally within our industry.
• Due to the nature of our work environment in the beauty industry: Women with Jerusalem IDs; Jerusalem Residents or Ramallah Residents with long-term Permits are highly encouraged to apply.
• Any baccalaureate degree is accepted.
• Familiarity with relevant sales software is a plus for the future, but not necessary.
• Sharp negotiation and time management skills.
• Someone with access to a car, but not necessary.
• Long-Term Commitment to the Position: at least 6 months.
