Job Title: Sales & Service Biomedical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and prioritize sales & service activities 
• Efficiently manage time to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
• Install medical equipment, customer training and commissioning
• Initiate & respond to sales and service calls
• Monitor and report competitive activities and provide relevant market intelligence data
• Efficiently and proactively target customers to achieve sales targets
• Properly implement company’s standard operational procedures relevant to sales and service

Academic qualification

BSc. in Biomedical Engineering or related field  

Experience

• A minimum of two years’ experience in medical equipment sales & service 
• Market knowledge with good customer relations. 
• Experience in imaging installation and service (MRI, CT, Digital X-Ray systems) is preferable 
• Excellent track record of satisfied customers 

Languages

Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.

Personal Profile

• Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on delivering high quality service levels
• Committed and able to work under pressure
• Highly organized 
• Driving license

Skills

• Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of the medical and technical aspects
• Computer skills: Excellent command of Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Good communication skills
