A global leading company working in FMCG desires to hire a distinguished team to fulfill several various vacancies:
 


Sales Supervisors for the Northern Area of the WB.



Main Responsibilities:

-Monitoring the daily operations in a specific geographic area.
-Maintain a good relationship with existing and prospective customers and to ensure the development of appropriate means to meet their expectations and meet their needs.
-Working on the development of systems and individuals through training, motivating and leading the sales team towards the achievement of all public goals.
-Work to provide the necessary training, knowledge of product features and specifications and the transfer of the of the necessary knowledge for the field team.
-Careful applying of sales and collection policy and strategy publicity and promotion developed by the company.
-Care to achieve the desired sales targets according to plan.
-Careful applying of offers and campaigns.
-Ensure the provision of promotional materials available in the right place at the right time.
-Work on follow-up the sales team in providing products and distribute them in stores follow through functional and efficient organization.
-Careful to follow the activities of the competition and work on the document and passed according to established operating procedures.

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

-University degree (minimum of first degree) in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field.
-Good computer skills, office applications, internet and e-mail.
-Ability to communicate in English (Hebrew would be a plus).
-High communication skills and work team spirit.
-Ability to work for long hours and under pressure.
-Valid driving license.
-Minimum 2 years Work experience in relevant position.
