Salesforce Manager
SFDC RESPONSIBILITIES
Overarching strategic and day to day management of SFDC environment
This includes but is not limited to;
- Setting up and managing user permissions and allocation of licences
- Managing relationship with SFDC representatives, and integrating new SFDC updates into our system.
- Lead Allocation: Uploading lead lists, maintaining the correct allocation of leads to Sales Team, and ensuring lead flow is uninterupted
- Updating and Maintaining information fields on User Interface
General Administration Responsibilities
Manage third party resources for SFDC development and third party application relationships
This includes but is not limited to;
- Integrating new ups into current operational flow (e.g. setting up Hoopla Sales Dashboard)
- Provide data and analytics support, including Data Integrity activities involving Salesforce, Integrations and Reporting
This includes but is not limited to;
- Creating and updating reports used by management team to reflect process changes
- Providing general business intelligence based on information flow through the Salesforce environment.
- Ensuring Dashboards are pulling correct and up to date information
- Work across sales and other teams to develop and maintain necessary operating procedures and systems
This includes but is not limited to;
- Working with Managers to help develop best practice procedures, and ensure that the process flow is correctly managed on Salesforce
- Ensuring that team is correctly trained and oriented on internal updates made to the SFDC environment.
ZENDESK RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up macro responses for job seekers and employers
- Stepping in when support needs help answering tickets
- Advising on customer complaints or issues
- Managing FAQ page
- Creating JIRA tickets for product requests and enhancements from the Sales/AM teams
PRODUCT CERT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Updating Product Cert document/training materials with new products and features
- Updating Harri Dev site for Product Cert training
- Creating Product Cert profiles/arranging Ramallah team to add candidates
- Testing new hires on Product Cert
OMIS/LEAD GEN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Updating URLs for OMIS searches
- Checking/Managing lead quality
- Updating marketing team on lead source data
- Cleaning leads when OMIS team is out of office
REQUIREMENTS
- Familiar with design and administration for both out of the box and custom SFDC objects
- Expertise in all functions in the SFDC declarative interface -- custom & formula fields, layouts, processes, workflows, validation rules, buttons, etc.
- Basic knowledge of visualforce and apex, or a willingness to learn your way around
- Experience with integrations including, but not limited to Pardot, Zendesk, and phone solutions
- Strong organization, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
