Spark Media is the agent for AVAZ Company (Avaz.com) and for apexum.com , is seeking Admin Manager , excellent working environment, good salary, two days off, promotion of position.
Education and Qualifications Required:
-Bachelor Degree Holder associated with HR
-3 yrs. HR experience
-Knowledge in Recruitment Strategies and other HR functions
-Knowledge in Labor Law
Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment
-Organize and facilitate the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
-Draft and prepare job analysis, job description and specification for the vacant post and get approval from the hiring manager, ensuring that it matches the need.
-Work closely with the hiring manager in identifying unknown talent requirement.
-Prepare and meet recruitment targets in a timely manner.
-Advertise, post and market the job description in the best method possible to attract qualified candidates for the vacant position.
-Screen the candidate by conducting a telephonic or personal interview as may be.
-Prepare interview tools and conduct interview with the hiring manager, provide assessment for the interview and assist the hiring manager in shortlisting and determining the best candidate.
-Send draft offer or reject letter to candidates.
-Coordinate with manpower agency as required.
-Induction and On-Boarding
-Coordinate with the new hire and PRO for all documents and information required for visa processing.
-Hand over Employee Contract, NDA, Job Description and Handbook to a new employee for signature as instructed by the hiring manager.
-Provide Orientation and Familiarization to the new employee ensuring that all staff are aware of the company policies, procedure, mission and vision.
-Ensure that the new employee has all tools and materials required to start working, coordinate with IT for email access and make sure work environment is conducive.
-Process new employee’s business card if required.
General Administrative Works
-Monitor, maintain and update HR Database, employee’s records and registry and manage data entry.
-Monitor and revise HR documents as required such us Employee Contract, NDA, Job Description and Handbook keeping it up to date with current requirements.
-Liaise with managers for trainings if required.
-Prepare and disseminate HR information and announces ensuring that all staff are well informed.
-Coordinate with managers for special targets.
-Record Employees’ attendance, leave forms and keeping track of no. of leaves taken.
-Coordinate with the bank for salary transfer and other negotiations required.
-Assist managers to conduct appraisal for the employee.
-Hand over termination letter as directed by the manager of the terminated employee.
-Conduct exit formalities such as exit interview and final settlement for the leaving employee.
-Attend to employee grievances and redirect to appropriate managers as required.
-Handles phone call and redirect to appropriate manager for the enquiries.
-Assist visitors, answer enquiries regarding company while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
-Support and assist the Chief Executive Officer in all administrative, HR and other functions required.

-The employee shall ensure that all Clients/Customers information will be kept strictly confidential at all times.
-The employee shall comply with the Employee Handbook Instructions at all times.
-The employee shall abide to the rules stated in the contract and duties outlined in this Job Description
