Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Pre-Sales (Digital Business Solutions) Section Head for a leading Services Company, located in Ramallah, Palestine.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Develop sales reports.
3. Manage relationships and follow up with current/new clients.
4. Follow-up on project and change requests of clients.
5. Prepare sales visits and presentations to pitch products, services, and combination packages to clients.
6. Gain familiarity with the IT industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products.
7. Answer the clients' technical questions.
8. Acquire new clients to generate new business in the area.
9. Identify opportunities and their achievements.
10. Coordinate and mobilize resources and suppliers.
11. Write and prepare sales offers and presentations.
12. Contact customers, requiring effective written and verbal communication and the ability to build customer rapport while managing their expectations.
13. Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
14. Work with the company's team to develop the go-to-market strategy, helping all to understand our company work and target client needs.
15. Work with the technical team on project implementation.
