First Option is locally recognized consulting firm that provides engineering, architecture and Construction management services in Palestine

First Option is seeking to hire a highly qualified candidate for the position of Senior Architect with the following minimum qualification and requirements:

Qualifications:

-BSc Degree in architecture Engineering
-Minimum of 15 years’ experience in related field of work.

Specific Requirements:

-Proven Experience in architectural design standards, practices, techniques and concepts and especially public Building
-Strong Knowledge of all aspects of design and construction process including in depth knowledge of architectural construction materials and their application as well as considerable experience in the production of design documentation including drawing and details, schedules and specifications is essential.
-Proven Experience in preparing of contracts documents, Bill of Quantities, drawings and specifications .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels and functions within the company.
-Professional Skills in 3D Studio Max + Vray, Sketchup Pro, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad.
-Knowledge in other Graphic Software is an added advantage
-Result oriented, able to work independently with good planning and organization skills.

-Valid Membership  in the Engineering Association –Jerusalem Branch
