Senior Architect

Local  Architects & Consultants office is seeking to recruit highly qualified Senior Architect  to join our team for a short-term assignment with the following minimum qualification and requirements:

-Good in observation, designing, detail drawing and shop drawing.
-Hardworking, self-motivated with good interpersonal, great communication skills
-Able to work under pressure, dynamic and results oriented.
-To meet deadlines and maintain a consistent high standard of work

Requirements
-Possess Diploma / Degree in  Architecture with at least 10 years’ experience.

-  Strong Knowledge of all aspects of design and construction process including in depth knowledge of architectural construction materials and their application as well as considerable experience in the production of design documentation including drawing and details, schedules and specifications is essential.

- Strong Experience in Remedy and maintenance Work for existing Buildings, which include providing required Solution and method of maintenance of finishing defects with good familiarity of available material in local Market .

- Strong knowledge of preparing full architectural details for Remedy and maintenance 

   Work

-Required skill(s):  Computer skills in design software like AutoCAD, 3D

-Result oriented, able to work independently with good planning and organization skills
-Proficient in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
