Dimensions works as a subcontractor for Chemonics International in implementing USAID Building Regional Economic Bridges (BREB) activity. BREB is a five-year project that aims to expand export trade opportunities for Palestinian companies in the West Bank and Gaza.
Dimensions Consulting seeks to hire – for its BREB subcontract – a full-time Senior Business Advisor for Component Three (C3) of the BREB Activity. We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented professional who is passionate about contributing to Dimensions’ mission and achieving the objectives of this project.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the framework for C3 of BREB Activity and oversee the operations for a team of multi-governorate Business Advisors working under the component.
- Manage the pipeline of eligible companies for technical assistance (TA). This entails the identification and assessment of Palestinian companies eligible for assistance and support in scaling their operations and improving their export capabilities.
- Guide the provision of targeted technical assistance to help businesses strengthen their export capacity, improve product quality, and improve access to regional markets.
- Follow up on the implementation of solutions provided to companies, coordinating closely with the procurement team and business advisors.
- Collaborate with other BREB components to ensure alignment of objectives and optimize synergies between activities and interventions.
- Address information and reporting requests from USAID, donors, customers, and project management, ensuring all data is accurate and timely.
- Lead high-quality, timely communication efforts to various project reports, including monthly newsletters, social media, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Achieve project targets and KPIs, ensuring that the component and overall project meet its targets, KPIs, and overall objectives.
- Report progress and updates to the Team Lead and Chief of Party (COP).

Main Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or relevant fields. Advanced degree preferred.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in areas related to trade, investment, and business development, with a strong background in regional economic integration, export promotion, and private sector capacity building. Preference for candidates with experience in USAID-funded projects in these areas.
- Advanced experience in private sector development, particularly working with medium to large-scale businesses with a clear focus on regional market access and export capacity.
- In-depth understanding of trade facilitation and regional economic integration, including logistics, policy, and regulatory frameworks that affect cross-border trade and investment.
- Proven ability to mentor and manage teams, providing direction, guidance, and support to staff and stakeholders to meet project goals and deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including Palestinian businesses, regional partners, donors, and government entities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required. Strong reporting and presentation skills in both languages.
- Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
