Senior Business Development

The purpose of this role is to own and manage a pipeline of Marketing Innovation projects to change the way that currently markets in MENA. We seeks to transform the way it currently markets to become the Brand of Choice for the customer. A key pillar for driving this is to create marketing (Offer Development, Rewards, Communication Channels, & Partner Offers) programs tailored to each customer’s individual profile through collecting & using data insightfully. This role will own the delivery of the entire Customer Journey built around this vision in 2014 & beyond, through developing the strategy, creating & refining execution to be practical & impactful through stakeholder engagement, integration with IT & Retail Site Delivery systems, partner engagement and managing the project to deliver key milestones.

Job Responsibility:
-Performing product demonstrations and presentations to existing and potential clients.
-Performing Marketing Strategic Planning, Execution with Marketing Delivery Teams, Analytical & Predictive.
-Provide business requirements and features to design online marketing solution.
-Using market intelligence to ensure the company retains market leadership.
-Manage proposal development and make live oral presentations that win new business.
-Superlative written and oral communication skills with background in creating and writing proposals.
-Business Development will be very consultative, driven and self-motivated.
-Applicants will be educated to degree level, have a proven track record of marketing solutions and ideally experience within the public sector.
-Good eye for developing online marketing Solution and preparing the needed documents to development team.

Job Qualification:
-Strong educational background; Bachelor’s degree in Business IT or MBA.
-Minimum 3 years business development or strategic marketing experience.
-Excellent knowledge of the online marketing.
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
-Excellent analytical knowledge allowing confident management and challenge of analytics
-Basic proposition knowledge
-Self-starter with ability to work in a fast paced environment.
-Ability to work flexibly and have a positive approach to change.
