Senior Consultant / Researcher

RIYADA Consulting and Training, a Palestinian development consultancy firm based in Ramallah is
looking for a Full-Time:

Job Responsibilities:
1) Analyze RFPs and TORs, develop quantitative and qualitative methodologies and set up consultancy and research teams.
2) Develop technical and financial proposals for new business, including, consulting, training, and technical assistance.
3) Manage consulting projects including monitoring and evaluation (M&E), needs assessments, and social/economic research. Includes representing Riyada to clients and managing the work of external consultants.
4) Identify and recruit technical experts to serve as external consultants on projects in a variety of fields on continuous basis.
5) Produce professional reports for clients in English and Arabic.
6) Write and edit documents as needed.
7) Liaison with clients and address their requests and needs.

Qualifications:
-At least 10 – 15 years of experience in the field of development
-Masters degree in a relevant field (Development Studies, Economics, Business, Finance, Social
 Science, etc.) or equivalent professional experience
-Extensive experience with different donors approaches and regulations
-Excellent spoken and written English required
-Excellent proficiency in spoken and written Arabic preferred
-Strong management and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated skills in:
-writing proposals and other professional reports
-project management
-budgeting
-quantitative and qualitative data analysis
