Job Description:

HULUL for Information Technology/ The System Engineering Department in Software Development Directorate wishes to recruit highly motivated personnel from within Patel’s family for the following challenging and rewarding opportunity:

Responsibilities:

1-Designing, developing, deploy and maintaining optimized databases.
2-Responsible for the overall health and integrity of all company products' schema.
3-Analyze data that needs to be stored and retrieved for product enhancements.
4-Represent enhancement needs as entity-relationship diagrams and supplemental data dictionary specifications.
5-Participate in conceptual, logical and physical design of product enhancements.
6-Work with database programming to implement complex database designs.
7-Maintain distributed data models for current, future and prior software releases.
8-Analyze existing structures and recommendations for schema improvement.
9-Maintain internal SQL Repository of design artifacts.
10-Act as the technical contact person on all aspects of the database during development and after deployment of product releases.
11-Providing on-going consultation and documentation on the design, accessibility, and maintenance of database systems.
12-Work with Analysis team to create and maintain formal database documentation.
13-Identifying and procuring database software tools that enable efficient database development and use.
14-Performance tuning of Oracle Parameters like SGA, PGA, Buffers, PAE and AWE, profiling and monitoring of SQL through a variety of tools and applications.
15-Mentor and help other team members to learn.

Qualifications & Experience:

1-Minimum of B.S. or B.A in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
2-5+ years designing and implementing database solutions.
3-Advanced experience, certification/training or skills in Oracle Certifications.
4-Strong background with Oracle RDBMS Server.
5-Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
6-Strong ability in designing databases for data-intensive applications
7-Strong skills in creating SQL Scripts, Views, Stored Procedures, Triggers and other DB objects.
8-Experienced in Oracle 10g and later versions is preferred.
9-Understanding of customer requirements.
10-Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
11-Excellent people skills.
12-Ability to work individually and in a structured team.
13-A great team player.
