ASAL Technologies is a leading Regional Sfotware and IT Services based in Ramallah-Palestine.ASAL Technologies is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position :

Senior Developers

General requirements,qualifications and skills :
1-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science ,Engineering or related field or its equal vent.
2-Self-starter,able to work independently with limited supervision.
3-Strong Object Oriented Design experience.
4-Solid understanding of relational databases
5-Excellent English Communication (Verbal,written and analytical skills ).
6-The Ability to coordinate ,cooperate ,prioritize,multi-task and motivate self and others.

Technical skills required in one of more of the following :

Java Positions :
-A strong grasp of Java programming.
-Deep knowledge and practical experience in Java and J2EE technologies.
-Experience using Eclipse,JBuilder and Java Swing (preferred).
-JUnit,JBoss,HTML and /or AJAX and experience with all phases of the software development life cycle is desired.
-Linux/Unix knowledge and experience is a plus.

C/C++ Positions:
-Strong C++ Skills-strong knwoledge of the standard template library important.
-An understanding of real time embedded,and multi-threaded systems.
-Familiarity with distributed ,high availability ,and multi-threaded systems.
-Strong experience with object oriented design and analysis.
-Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems (Preferred).
