Senior Financial Advisor

Dimensions is seeking to recruit a full time highly qualified Senior Financial Advisor to perform the following main tasks:

- Act as a financial manager for projects implemented by Dimensions and / or its clients and / or partners.
-Promote the financial related services provided by Dimensions and MGI.
-Participate in conducting internal and external audits for private sector companies, non-profit organizations, funded projects, and public sector institutions.
- Assist in compiling business plans and feasibility studies for new business ideas as well as expansion initiatives.
-Present financial analyses and reports to internal and external parties.
-Provide technical assistance in different areas of financial management.
-Assist in designing financial management systems, internal control structures, and financial manuals.
-Supervise and build the capacity of junior financial advisors and accountants.
-Prepare training materials and programs in different areas of accounting, financial management, and financial analysis.
-Conduct accounting and financial training programs for Dimensions and MGI staff as well as Dimensions and MGI customers.
-Assist in building the financial consulting services section of Dimensions and the internal and external audit unit of MGI.

Minimum qualifications and skills needed are:

-Master degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any other related field.
-Professional certificates such as CPA, CIA, CMA, CFM, and / or others.
-Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial management, auditing, financial analysis, and accounting.
-Previous experience in auditing USAID and other donors’ projects.
-Excellent presentation skills.
-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
-Excellent research skills.
-Excellent command of English; reading, writing, and speaking.
-Excellent training skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and on multi tasks.
-Leadership and management capabilities.
-Ability to work according to deadlines and implementation plans.
-Ability to work as a team member.
