Senior front-end engineer

1. Extensive Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio of complex projects.
2. Technical Expertise: Mastery in at least one of modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks (e.g., React.js, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js), CSS preprocessors and frameworks (e.g., SASS, LESS, TailwindCSS, Bootstrap), and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).
3. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading front-end teams, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
4. UX/UI Design Sensibility: A good understanding of UX principles and design systems and the ability to work closely with designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that are ready designed in some tools (e.g., Figma or Adobe XD).
5. Performance Optimization: Expertise in optimizing web performance, including knowledge of best practices for loading, rendering, and minimizing resource consumption.
6. Testing and Debugging: Proficiency in front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and debugging tools.
7. Responsive Design: Strong skills in creating responsive and adaptive web designs that work across various devices and browsers.
8. Continuous Learning: A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends.
9. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

Recommended Candidate Profile

1. Experience: 5+ years in front-end development.
2. Successfully architectured and delivered large-scale web applications with high user engagement is a huge plus.
3. Master in JavaScript ECMAScript (ES6). 
4. Experience in HTML rendering techniques (SSR and SSG).
5. Pixel perfect layouting skills, CSS should be your beloved friend. 
6. Knowledge of Agile and its popular frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
7. Current/previous role: Led Front-End Engineers at a leading tech project in the last 2 years. 
8. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
