Role Description

We are looking for a front-end developer and a back-end developer to contribute to the development of our clients cutting-edge software applications. The ideal candidates will have expertise in their respective domains, with a strong focus on .NET and Cesium GIS for the front-end developer and Java, Python, AWS, and Kafka for the back-end developer. Additionally, experience with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB is essential for both roles.

These are full-time remote roles for lead software engineers. The lead software engineer will be responsible for day-to-day software development tasks, including design, development, testing, and maintenance of software systems. They will also provide leadership and guidance to junior software engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

 Qualifications: 

1. Knowledge and experience in Computer Science and Web Applications Development
2. Experience in Software Development and Programming, particularly Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
4. Ability to lead and mentor junior software engineers
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills
6. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
7. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
8. Experience with any of the following is a plus: Anti-Drone Solutions, Robotics Solutions, ICT/Corporate
9. IT Solutions, Low Current Systems, Integration Platforms.
10. Travel to Qatar resident ( Preferred ) or working remotely with repetitive visits.

Requirements: 

1. Proficiency in .NET and Cesium GIS.
2. Experience with database linking and integration.
3. Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
4. Familiarity with software architecture principles, including Kubernetes and event-driven architecture.
5. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
6. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.

Responsibilities

1. Develop user-facing features using .NET and Cesium GIS.
2. Integrate front-end components with back-end services and databases.
3. Ensure the high performance and responsiveness of applications.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
5. Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and best practices.
