Job Description :
HULUL for information Technology/Software Development Directorate wishes to recruit highly motivated personnel for the following challenging and rewarding opportunity :

Responsibilities :
1-Work closely with Management ,Architects,and other teams developing and enhancing systems to meet new businessand technical requirements
2-Work with a team to architect and design an end-to-end solution for Hulul's next generation Business Applications.
3-Lead a team of developers to design and implement Rich GUI for internet Buisness application.
4-Analyze and recommend technologies and tools to improve effeciency and quality of the development process
5-Participate in developing Java Web-based framework and applications,using best programming practices.
6-Provide accurate work estimates and report progress to management.
7-Author and write technical documents(Architecture,High-level Design,Low -level Design..etc )

Qualifications & Experience :
1-Minimum of B.S or B.A in software Engineering Computer Science or related field.
2-5 years experience in designing and developing best of breed Graphical User Interface in business-oriented applications with emphasis on Human Factor Design.
3- 5 years experience with HTML/CSS and Web 2.0 principles.
4- 4 years expereince in user interface design processes and methodology ,particulary as applied to Web-based applications.
5- 4 years experience in designing and developing both internet and intranet web applications with Rich User Interface design.
6- 3-5 years experience in Java development including EJB.JSP/Servlet,preferrably JSF.
7- 2-3 years expereince in J2EE design and development experience.
8-Strong visual design skills (layout,hierarchy typography ,color theory ,patterns). and a fanatical attention to details down to the pixel level.
9-Strong understanding of modern web practices to create an effecient user-experience.
10-Strong understanding of cross-browser issues and ther workarounds.
11-Knowledge of best practices in the areas of application design,performance ,scalability and maintainability.
12- Very solid object-oriented analysis,design and development experience.
13-Experience using Model-View-Controller design patterns.
14-Very strong experience in core (plain) JAVA and the collection framework.
15-Knowledge in XML ,HML ,CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
16-Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
17-Excellent people skills.
18-Ability to work solo and in a structured team.
19- A great team player.
