Senior Impact Specialist (SIS)

ARD, Inc. is the implementing partner for the USAID funded Civic Engagement Program.
ARD, Inc. is looking for experienced professional to be based in our Jerusalem Office for
the following position:

 Senior Impact Specialist (SIS)
Duration: 14 Months
Location: Jerusalem with travel to the West Bank

This position requires at least five years of professional experience in program and impact analysis and project management, preferably with USAID programs. The Senior Impact Specialist will be responsible for leading the impact component of CEP program ensuring that programming strategies are fully supported by CEP’s monitoring and evaluation framework, systems and process. The SIS will work within the approved Performance Management Plan for the program to ensure that systems and process are supportive of grant design, analysis and reporting. The SIS will establish a mid-term baseline for the program, plan and manage the technical support required for its follow up, including staff training.

Other requirements include:
-B.A. in the field of social science, development studies or other relevant field
-Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written, aural and verbal)
-Must be highly organized, analytical, and able to think strategically
-Proficiency in computer programs (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work within a team, at a fast pace and under pressure
-Ability and willingness to travel
