We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Data Acquisition team in Ramallah office who is passionate about customer satisfaction and value to our company. In this role, you will help shape an organization that puts the customer first and leads the team to service our client base. Ideally coming from a senior managerial role in a financial software company working with B2B clients.

For this unique role, our expectations are listed below:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of financial analysts of various seniority levels
Maintain an effective organizational structure that puts internal and external client needs at the center
Guide data verification teams across multiple locations to ensure that they are able to service clients in a timely manner
Track KPIs of all client accounts and report them to management on a regular basis, service clients in compliance with committed Service Levels (SLAs)
Excel in mentoring & developing talents based on multiple locations globally
Identify recruitment needs according to the sales pipeline and coordinate with HR accordingly
Working closely with all relevant stakeholders across senior management, sales, presales, customer data delivery, product, and finance

متطلبات الوظيفة

Your Profile:

Minimum 8+ years experience in investment and/or related financial disciplines such as accounting, audit, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or other alternative investment strategies. Experience in Big 4 is a huge plus
5+ years’ experience in a leadership role (leading teams (s), building frameworks, etc)
Strong understanding of complex financial topics, including experience with Excel and software for financial analytics
Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
Project Management skills to manage complex workflow-type processes
Client satisfaction and a “customer first” perspective
Passion for innovation and improvement to do things faster and better
