Beecell Palestine for mobile solutions based in Ramallah is looking to hire full time employees for the following vacancies: 1. Senior PHP Developer: Tasks & Responsibilities:

-Assist in all technical aspects of the project development lifecycle (design, time estimates, project plan, test plan, QA plan)
-Supports project managers and software developers with all technical aspects to be able to fulfill the project plan
-Developing programming code from scratch or by adapting existing website graphics and code to meet business requirements as we expand our platform
-Database design
-Identify technical risks
-Day-to-day mentoring of new Developers
-Leading peer reviews of design, code, and documentation

Requirements:
-Coding experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript, jQuery, HTML5, and Sencha ExtJS.
-Understanding Object-Oriented Programming.
-Excellent experience in deploying cloud web services (Amazon EC2, Rackspace, etc).
-Excellent experience with a PHP 5/MySQL 5 or PHP Framework (CodeIgniter, Yii, Zend, etc).
-Demonstrated knowledge in working with social media APIs including Facebook, Twitter, and Google+
-Knowledge in working within the Linux and Apache environment
-Demonstrated experience in working with Amazon Web Services
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent fluency in English
-Experience working with multi-lingual websites is considered a plus
-Very good English communication skills and presentation.
-Very good planning and time management skills

Experience:
-4-7 years’ experience
Education:

-Bachelor degree in Information technology or computer science. 2. Senior Java Developer

Job Summary:
-Analyze, design and develop J2EE applications using the latest cutting edge technologies for Web, Wap and develop custom Java applications as backend applications.
-The successful candidate must be a team player and have excellent communication skills.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

-Analyze & develop requirements.
-Analyze, design and develop any software application using the latest cutting edge technologies.
-Design, develop, test and debug complex multi-tier web applications.
-Develop any type of Web & WAP applications.
-Develop any type of VAS services.
-Work with other engineers, QA, documentation and developers to design and implement application, including business functionality, and database relations.

-Experience work in JMS programming.
-Experience work in WAP (WML) programming.
-Experience work in HTML,AJAX , JQuery and Java Script .
-Experience work in EJB programming.
-Experience work in Oracle DB, SQL, PL/SQL and database design.
-Experience work in Applications server as Oracle oc4j or any another applications server.
-Experience work in Linux.
-Experience work in SMPP protocol programming preferred.
-Sun Certified Java Programmer preferred
