About the role

We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets.

With a solution as versatile as ours, our UI-UX Designers are a critical component in tailoring the product capabilities. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design and should be a skilled creative professional that thrives in a team environment. You will create the look, layout, and features of our product tools, chrome extension, websites, and landing pages.

Responsibilities

Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
Plan and implement new designs
Optimize existing user interface designs
Test for simplicity and experience
Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web experiences
Continually improve and optimize user experience for sites
Collaborating with the product and marketing teams to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
Create prototypes for new product ideas
Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior
Test new ideas before implementing
Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
Collaborate in concept development and design ideation cross-functionally to help define a creative strategy

متطلبات الوظيفة

Requirements

3 or more years of experience as a UI-UX Designer or similar role
A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Figma.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to discuss and explain design options
Problem solver and customer-centered
Detail-oriented
Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction
Able to work from our office in AlMasyoun - Ramallah

Nice to have

Understanding of HTML, CSS, JQuery
Experience in Photoshop and other graphics tools (Illustrator, Image Ready, etc.)
Experience in designing Chrome Extensions
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
