Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Elicit business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys

Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for improvement

Develop business cases and proposals to support business solutions

Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement business solutions

Develop and maintain business process models and documentation

Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement

Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders to communicate business solutions and progress

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technology solutions meet business needs

Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure business solutions meet requirements

Develop and maintain metrics and reports to measure business solution effectiveness

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

At least 5 Years of experience as a Business Analyst or product manager

Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques

Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations

Experience working in a business analyst role on IT projects

At least 5 years of experience writing requirements, models, flow charts
