IntraHealth International Inc. is the implementing partner for the USAID funded Palestinian Health Capacity Project (PHCP). IntraHealth- PHCP is looking for experienced professional to be based in its Ramallah Office for the following position:

Senior Referral Officer

The Senior Referral Officer will provide technical assistance to the Palestinian Ministry of Health (PMOH) and its Service Purchase Unit (SPU), as well as referral facilities on certain referral management processes and capacity building tasks pertaining to medical and technical aspects of the referral process.

Applicants should have at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in a health, social development sciences or other related field; 5 years of experience working in the health sector and/or development areas with the government and local partners, experience working on IT and software applications and excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic languages.
