Caritas Baby Hospital in Bethlehem is a Christian charitable institution committed to providing high quality health, social and educational services to” Mother and Child” in Palestine Caritas Baby Hospital is seeking to fill the following vacancy:

SENIOR RESIDENT DOCTOR

This is a position for a senior doctor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the pediatric field and who will remain in the position in our Hospital for at least 4 years.
He/she has to be responsible for young residents and help in educating and training of medical students and/or new resident doctors and nurses.
Having good diagnostic and treatment skills, the jobholder will participate in admission/discharge of patients, daily rounds in the pediatric wards and consultation of patients at the Outpatient Clinic of the Hospital. The jobholder must be skilled and accurate in doing medical documentation, must have also basic computer skills and a basic knowledge of spoken and written English.
He/she must have good communication skills with patients and their parents as well as with colleagues and staff.
Further, the position requires professionalism, empathy and a high eagerness to learn.
Has to be available for work out of the regular duty hours and also will be periodically on night call in the Hospital. Preference will be given to candidates with longer experience in pediatrics.
All candidates must have a valid practicing medical license.
