Senior Social Media Analyst
Job Brief
We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Analyst in our Gaza office. The Senior Social Media Analyst is responsible for collaborating with strategy and clients teams to analyze and optimize digital campaigns/programs, to show high-quality value for our clients. You will have a proven jobs.ps track record in analyzing and identifying value in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have excellent reporting skills and the ability to not only gather the appropriate data, but also glean insight and take action to improve the performance of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
-In-depth analysis of ongoing social metrics as well as campaigns and event activations across all platforms.
-Develop and implement relevant benchmarks and KPIs for multiple brands simultaneously.
-Pull and analyze social media data natively from multiple social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) as well as multiple third-party platforms. Deep knowledge and experience with Socialbakers, Hootsuite and Google Analytics required as well as general knowledge and understanding of other social data sources.
-Report on community management, showcasing response and support across campaigns and special events.
-Work closely with integrated digital team, including creative, technical and client service to create data driven recommendations for launching and optimizing digital campaigns across channels.
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance at launch, mid-campaign, and wrap-up, sharing insights across marketing teams.
-Analyze the most effective points of interaction within digital campaigns, and report on campaigns for team to evaluate effectiveness and adjust within the system as needed.
-Facilitate online conversations and events to make sure conversation and content are engaging and relevant.
-Write recommendations in regard to the clients’ social media networks in order to enhance the accounts performance and content.
Requirements
-Minimum 3-5 years of digital/social analytics role required.
-BA/BS in Data Science, Marketing, Communication, or related discipline.
-Expertise with native tools to analyze social data: Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.
-Excellent knowledge of social media metrics, dimensions and key performance indicators.
-A highly effective communicator and presenter, verbally and in writing.
-An active listener with a strong desire to provide solutions for our various stakeholders.
-Effectively work with team members in account, strategy and project management roles.
-Proficiency in written and spoken English.
