Job Title: Senior Structural Design Engineer

Duty Station: Ramallah

Sustainable Engineering Solutions (SES), a multi-disciplinary consulting company located in Ramallah-El Bireh is seeking to hire a highly qualified Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our team for a short term assignment with the following minimum qualification and requirements:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Create structural design models and be able to evaluate output data of a structural design software, such as STAAD PRO and ETABS.
Conduct structural analysis using common building codes, such as IBC, ACI, ASCE, ASTM.
Perform detailed structural design and design verification for water and wastewater associated facilities.
Prepare technical specifications and bill of quantities.
Responsible for preparing and presenting structural designs at design reviews
Responsible for preparing design reports.
Adhere to the project schedule and ensure timely completion from conception to implementation.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Qualifications:

Minimum 12 years of demonstrable combined civil and structural engineering experience. A master’s degree will be considered as a plus.
Experience with standard site survey and geotechnical testing techniques.
Successful completion of min. 2 assignment as structural engineer for infrastructure (water/ wastewater) projects.
Strong Knowledge of all aspects of design and construction process.
Proven Experience in preparing of contracts documents, Bill of Quantities, drawings and specifications
Good command of written and spoken English
