Senior Structural Engineer

A local consulting firm located in Palestine is looking for Senior Structural Engineer for Building Projects in according to the following:

Qualifications: 

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably with focus of structural)

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in related field of work.

Specific requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of demonstrable combined civil & structural engineering experience.

• Minimum of 8 years of full-time structural engineering design creation and review experience.

• Proven Experience in Structural design standards, practices, techniques and concepts.

• Proven Experience in reviewing Construction Shop drawings . 

• Strong Knowledge of all aspects of design and construction process .

• Understanding of contracts, documents, drawings and specifications is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels and functions within the company.

• Computer skills in design software like Etabs , Sap, Staadpro….etc.

• Able to conduct structural analysis using common local and international design & building codes, such as IBC, ACI (Experience in IBC Code requirement is a Must.)

• Very good command of English Language.
