Senior Supervising Architect

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

Bachelors in Architecture.

WORK EXPERIENCE
-     Minimum 10 years of work experience in Architecture and construction projects.
-     Proven experience in working in museums’ construction projects in Palestine.

-     Proven experience in implementing the requirement of the public safety measures of the Palestinian Civil Defence.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

Work experience in Architecture and construction projects with an International Organization or United Nations.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
-    Integrity, reliability and sense of commitment in the execution of duties.
-    Good analytical and problem solving skills.
-    Very good communication skills, including the ability to draft clearly and concisely.
-    Ability to meet tight deadlines, paying close attention to detail and quality of work.
-    IT skills including knowledge of standard office software and autocad.
-    Knowledge of UNESCO’s mission and culture programme would be an advantage. 

LANGUAGES
Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic (written and oral).
