Senior UI/UX Designer

About Us:

Inference Technologies is a Palestinian high tech company providing consulting, development and professional services locally and globally. The successful candidate will join our outsourcing team on a project for one of our international clients who are specialized high tech manufacturing industry with a focus on an end-to-end Test data analytics solution.

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in enterprise software to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging interfaces for our digital platforms, enhancing user experiences and usability.

Experience in data analytics software UI/UX is a significant plus, as it will help us better serve our users in making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities of a UI/UX designer:

1. Design and refine user interfaces for our enterprise software application to ensure a smooth, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user experience.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Software Architects, and Developers, to understand business objectives and user needs.
3. Lead the development of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.

4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve design and functionality.

5. Create data visualization components that enhance user understanding of complex datasets, particularly within the analytics software.

6. Ensure consistency of the brand’s visual identity across all digital platforms, including enterprise applications and marketing materials.

7. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and enterprise software design.

8. Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to other designers to maintain high-quality design standards.

9. Conduct regular audits and reviews of our software applications to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancements.

10. Contribute front-end development skills to projects as needed, collaborating with developers to implement designs effectively.

1. Strong portfolio showcasing design work related to UI/UX for enterprise software anddata analytics applications.

2. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, and prototyping tools like Figma or InVision.

3. Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, particularly in the context of enterprise applications.

4. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Experience in conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

2. 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in an enterprise software or technology
