Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our Marketing team!

Responsibilities:

• Develop optimization strategies that increase our client’s search engine results rankings
• Research SEO keywords to use throughout our client’s website and marketing materials
• Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
• Collaborate with others within our marketing department to manage SEO strategy
• Provide the content team with guidelines and keywords to follow in their content, including blog posts and page descriptions.
• Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
• Prepare website technical audits to identify areas of concern from an SEO perspective and sort them by the level of importance.
• Assist in preparing backlink audits and fixing errors found in Google Search Console.
• Regular reporting and analysis which includes traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Identify areas for on-site improvements in site structure, internal linking, and content
• Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console
• Knowledge of keyword research
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
• Experience using SEO tools such as SEMRush, SERanking, or other tools.
