A Telecommunication Company in Ramallah wishes to recruit highly motivated employees for the following vacancy:


Position title:Service Desk Technician
Location: Ramallah
Type of contract: Limited Contract


Desirable Qualifications:

-Bachelor Degree in the field  of Computer
-Excellent English language skills: Writing, Reading, and Speaking
-The ability to Work under pressure

Responsibilities:

-Computer hardware maintenance
-The ability to maintain company’s software and to download new software settings
-Follow-up problems through communication channels for technical support
-Follow-up unit’s reports
