A Telecommunication Company in Ramallah wishes to recruit highly motivated employees for the following vacancy:


Position title: Service Desk Technician
Location: Ramallah
Type of contract: Limited Contract


Desirable Qualifications:

-    Bachelor Degree in the of Computer the field
-    Excellent English language skills: Writing, Reading, and Speaking
-    The ability to Work under pressure

Responsibilities:

-    Computer hardware maintenance
-    The ability to maintain company’s software and to download new software settings
-    Follow-up problems through communication channels for technical support
-    Follow-up unit’s reports
