Partners for Sustainable Development (PSD) is implementing The Youth EARN Project in collaboration with the International Youth Foundation (IYF) funded by USAID West Bank/Gaza. The Youth EARN project aims to empower participating youth to embark on paths of sustainable employment, and social entrepreneurship by providing support and trainings centered around Service Learning approaches to start social enterprises based on community needs.
Summary Description
The Youth EARN trainers are responsible for delivering 68 training hours in life skills and service learning to youth participants throughout the duration of project training periods.
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver 68 service learning training hours to youth groups in universities
-Develop and adapt training material as needed
-Coordinate with Youth EARN project coordinators
Qualifications
-2 years experience in youth training in community service, service learning or civic engagement.
-Knowledge of interactive learning methods.
-Outstanding command of training methodology.
-Team player.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Ability to develop training content.
-Eager to move in the field.
-Strong motivation
-Very good command of English language skills.
