Mena Investment Company is seeking to recruit candidates to join Mena’s staff in the following positions:

Job Title: Show Room Manager
Location:Bethlehem Branch

Job description
1-Assists in development and implements strategic sales plan to accommodate Branch and regional goals.
2-Establishes performance goals with each Branch Sales Representative in their territory, which meets Branch objectives.
3-Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs.
4-Recommend staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop local sales programs.
5-Assist in developing marketing plans and goals to promote the sale of Nissan Vehicles to meet the goals of Bethlehem Branch and MENA Region.
6-Delivers sales presentations to key customers in coordination with sales representatives.
7-Assisting other departments within the company to prepare manuals and technical publications.
8-Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion, market share and market awareness for their district.
9-Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
10-Recommends budget, expenditures, and appropriations for sales work.
11-Manage and develop the Branch sales Reps and assists the sales manager with annual performance reviews.
12-Reviews and approves the sale of Nissan Vehicles by Sales Rep within his/her territory.

Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, 5 years sales management experience, Ability to maintain a deep and broad understanding of the market, an understanding of competitive media in the market.

Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, both written and oral, Demonstrated success in a goal-oriented,
Managerial experience, which includes leadership, issue management, motivation and/or team
building, Understanding of the Accounting fundamentals, such as debits, credits, budgets, etc.
