Site Engineer

AL-Reehan Real-Estate Investment Co.is seeking to hire qualified people for the following position: Responsiblties :
1-Manage and ensure timely completion of infrastructure construction.
2-Plan,coordinate and approve program & methods for construction.
3-Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of construction work.
4-Correspond and meeting consultants and construction team.
5-Identify,implement and solve technical problems.
6-Implement safe construction methods and procedures.
7-Day-to-Day management of the site ,including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
8-Oversee the selection and requisition of materials and plant for use in construction.
9-Monitor the work of any subcontractors.
10-Prepare periodic reports.
11-Coordinate with utility & service providers.

Minimum Requirements:
-B.A in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
-At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction management.
-Excelllent command of the English language.
-Excellent computer skills.
