Introduction

The Palestine Children's Relief Fund is a nonprofit, nonpolitical, nonreligious humanitarian relief organization, established in 1992 to arrange medical care for sick and injured Palestinian children who could not be treated in their homeland. Since our founding, we have expanded and grown into one of the main relief organizations in the Middle East, helping thousands of children each year get the care and support they need to live better lives.

PCRF is currently looking to recruit a Site Engineer.

Job Title: Site Engineer

Program/ Unit: Projects Management

Reporting Line: Projects Manager

Location: Ramallah and other offices - PCRF projects in W.B.

Position Type: Full-Time Employee

Duties:

Follow up on implementation and design development of works with the contractors and engineering firms.
Supervise the implemented works to ensure that: progress is maintained, standards are in compliance with PCRF requirements and budgets are adhered to.
Report and plan projects progress to PCRF management.
Conduct regular field visits to PCRF projects.
Participate in design development in order to ensure that scope and standards of work are maintained.
Review contractor payments and assure site compliance with all contractual provisions.
Provide direct design and supervision for PCRF low-scale projects.
Assure following up PCRF beneficiaries requirements and needs.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Educational Background and Experience Requirements:

BSc. In Civil or Architectural engineering.
Previous experience in project site management.
Strong communications skills in English and Arabic.
A minimum of four years of experience.
Computer literate and proficient in, Autodesk and Microsoft Windows.
Valid Driving License.
Excellent reporting and formal writing skills in both English and Arabic.
