Social Media - Community Manager

We are seeking a Social Media – Community manager to join our team working with App Mahal, and help take it forward to the next level.

AppMahal is a social media applications developer focused on developing mobile applications for the Arab Speaking markets. Founded in 2014 by a team of experts in the mobile space, with many years of multidisciplinary experience

Responsibilities

-          Managing the social media channels.
-          Create an engaging content for the social media channels & in the campaigns
-          Proactively Monitoring outbound & inbound users feedback
-          Managing  & enlarge the community  
-          managing ambassadors plan
-          Produce new, high quality content and create compelling copy for websites, mobile applications products and online interactions.
-          Maintain our content assets and ensure it is proofed, clean and accurate
-          Creating monthly surveys

Skills

-          Familiarity with mobile applications and instant messaging in specific (viber,kik,wechat,telegram,whatsapp,hike, snapchat)
-          At least 2 year of experience in managing/writing/editing content for an Arabic language website/product/app or magazine/newspaper.
-          Familiarity with online content metrics and SEO.
-          Web & social media savviness.  An eye for details.
-          Curiosity
-          Arabic as a mother tough
-          A Great teammate; excellent social skills.
-          position requires multiple interfaces with different team members and colleagues
-          This is a full time position located in our Rawabi office.
