Trillionz is a Development, Marketing & Branding agency in Ramallah, Palestine. At Trillionz, we take pride in our hands-on work, where the entire team works seamlessly to keep an eye on the progress that our efforts create with our client.

We are looking for a full time “social media specialist” to join our marketing team

Responsibilities:

Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner (community management).
Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
Staying up to date with tiktok trends, reels, and social media stories in order to manage them for customers
To visit customers in order to upload stories on a daily basis.

Other duties/additional tasks

Performs other duties and tasks at the request of management.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or other related field.
One year of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
