Duties and Responsibilities
¨ Analyzing Business needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements
for the ERP and other systems.
¨ Operating and supporting SQL Server DB and tools, Patch management and
Technology stack management.
¨ Leading and assisting in troubleshooting and fixing system/application issues.
¨ Providing configuration and administration support for Exact ERP.
¨ Downloading and applying application upgrades, updates, patches, and fixes
for the ERP.
¨ Managing application security and user account administration and permissions
¨ Monitoring the ERP performance and ensure that users are following proper system protocols by performing regular system audits.
¨ The ability to review business processes with end users to ensure
clear understanding of business requirements.
¨ Develop workflows using Exact Synergy
¨ Develop new functions using Exact Synergy
¨ Obey the occupational safety & health rules and the environmental management system procedures.

Qualifications and experience required
¨ Solid knowledge of all aspects of SQL Server development and development tools, best practices
and standards, including SQL, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, etc. is required
¨ good knowledge of integration between ERP and other systems
¨ Good working experience of developing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services
¨ Windows Active Directory and domain
¨ Internet Information Server knowledge
¨ HTML and JavaScript is plus
¨ .NET programming language (C#, VB.Net)
¨ Experience on web application management
¨ Knowledge and Usage of Web services is plus.
¨ Concept of CRM, Documents and workflow system is a plus.
¨ Experience in Building and managing Data Warehouse Solutions is a plus.
¨ Experience in Building ETL Processes is a plus .
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Engineering or any other related discipline
Experience: 3 years
