Location: Nablus

A leading technology company specialized in providing electrical smart meters and related software applications to the local Palestinian utility companies  is seeking a qualified resource in the software development field with the following qualifications:

- Bsc in computer sc

ience or software engineering from a reputable university

- Three years of experience in software development

- Good Knowledge in Oracle and SQL DB systems

- Good knowledge in front end application development

- Knowledge of billing systems for utilities is a PLUS

- High School and University high grade is a big plus.

- Excellent English (Written/Spoken)

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Valid Driving License

- Holder of Palestinian ID

- Ability to travel abroad
