OFFTEC Palestine, part of OFFTEC Holding Group (OHG) (ASE:BDIN), is a regional business, technology and loyalty services and solutions company that is committed to providing optimal solutions and to delivering innovative ventures so it creates sustainable value to its customers and stakeholders and now is offering an opportunity for a Solutions Specialist.

Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Computer or Communication Science or Engineering.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the same sector.
-Advanced knowledge in banks solutions / products.
-Proficiency in written English and Arabic.
-High interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Good team player.
-Motivated towards self development.
-Can work under high pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Regularly advises sales team and customers about available solutions and updates.
-Regularly advises sales team on special pricing and promotions offered by vendors.
-Promotes OFFTEC specialized solutions.
-Prospects new customers and uses telemarketing and visit with customers to create new demands for our products.
-Conducts regular demonstrations for the solutions.
-Educates customers on solutions and products features and benefits.
-Identifies the relevance between our solutions/products and customer needs
-Prepares solutions proposals for customers in coordination with sales team
-Achieves quarterly assigned sales targets
-Investigates, study all technical and user aspects of the product of specialization.
-Keeps an accurate record of the product specification and customer configuration.
-Keeps records of the specific technical issues of customer's equipment for the product of specialization including configuration, options updates and upgrades.
-Liaises with technical team to ensure seamless installation, deployment and commissioning to the solutions.
-Guarantees customer satisfaction by conducting after sales follow up.
